Fishers Island Sound has some of the finest sailing on the East Coast of the United States, and Masons Island is perfectly situated for easy access to the Sound with its prime location in the mouth of the Mystic River.
Sport fishing is also popular in the deeper waters off Montauk and Block Island Sound, close by to powerboats.
